In the event of you not being satisfied with a product, or receiving a wrong or a defective product, purchased on the ARCADIO website, you may return it by reverse pickup through courier (cost borne by us) within 7 business days of receiving the package, to the following address:

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), invoice, warranty card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
Please note that the ARCADIO exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India.
